How is byteTracker's pricing structured?

byteTracker is offered as an all-inclusive software product. All of its features are standard and available to all clients at no additional charge. The service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and the amount is determined by the price tier that is assigned to the account (see table below). Price tiers determine the total number of entries an account may have at any given moment. There are no service contracts - just pay as you go.

What is an entry?

Whenever a form is filled out and successfully submitted, the data is processed and stored as a record. This record is considered an entry. Entries may also be added by bulk through file imports.

What if I need to upgrade to a higher price tier in the middle of a month?

If you find yourself in a situation requiring a higher entry limit, you can notify us immediately and indicate which tier you would like to be assigned. A pro-rated amount equal to the monthly price difference between the two tiers will be billed to your account.

Please note that downgrading to a lower tier is allowed at any time but your account will not be eligible to pro-rated refunds.

How is remoteDeposit's pricing structured?

remoteDeposit is offered as an add-on module to byteTracker for a flat rate of $100 per month to all clients having active byteTracker accounts. The service is billed in advance on a monthly basis in conjunction with your byteTracker account.

How is MMIF's pricing structured?

byteTracker's MMIF module is offered as an add-on to byteTracker for a flat rate of $100 per month to all clients having active byteTracker accounts. The service is billed in advance on a monthly basis in conjunction with your byteTracker account.
